Once I receive your order, I will gift wrap your beautiful jewellery and ship it to you!

I will keep in touch with you throughout the process to ensure that you know which stage your work is at and all works can be tracked through Australia Post.

I’ve just ordered a print, what happens next?

Once we receive your order, our dedicated fine art printer and framer will custom create your art for you!

Unframed fine art prints are sent within 10 business days, framed fine art prints are sent within 30 business days.

I will keep in touch with you throughout the process to ensure that you know which stage your work is at and all works can be tracked through Australia Post.

How do you package the artwork?

Our unframed prints are carefully prepared with white gloves and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube. Please be extra careful when removing the piece from the tube as the print surface is very delicate and will be damaged if touched - best to take your piece directly to you framer!

Our framed fine art prints are safely packaged in crates or using tri-wall cardboard for shipping.
